HYPNOBABIES live CLASS SERIES
I’m consistently amazed by the different types of people using hypnosis for childbirth for their births. Attorneys, artisians, stay at home parents, accountants, doctors and nurses all have been part of Hypnobabies classes. We boast a low Cesearean section rate and a high unmedicated birth rate amongst our students. 55 of 63 women achieved an unmedicated birth (omitting Cesearean sections) and our Cesearean section rate is 11% (omitting breech presentation).
Hypnobabies is a 6-week complete childbirth education course that incorporates real medical hypnosis techniques for easier and more comfortable births. Hypnobabies seeks to eliminate fear, preconceived notions, and anxieties surrounding pregnancy and birth. Our complete childbirth education prepares women and their birth partners for all aspects of birth including: staying healthy and low risk; the benefits, risks and alternatives to procedures commonly offered during birth; how the body functions through the stages of birth; full birth partner training for your husband or partner; a live birth rehearsal; and much more.

HOME STUDY
If live classes are not an option due to scheduling conflicts please consider the Hypnobabies home study in partnership with a live home study advantage class. Our rates of success have been determined by live class sessions only and we encourage anyone who is able to join us to do so! You will take part in birth partner support skills, a live birth rehearsal, a hypnosis assessment and a general Q&A session to ensure you have the best Hypnobabies birth possible!
