Cindy | Birth and Postpartum doula

Cindy has over 25 years of experience working with children, families and child welfare systems. She began her career working as a Family Preservation and Reunification worker. Over the years, she has served children and families in a variety of settings including, in-home, residential and in-patient. Her experience also includes being a sign language interpreter and most recently, becoming a doula, which she loves!

Cindy obtained her Bachelor’s degrees from Cumberland College and Eastern Kentucky University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. .

Cindy enjoys watching families grow and supporting them throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. People say she is a shining light, easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Her previous clients love referring others to her, which is such an honor and testimony to her passion and calling to this work.
