Aarica | Birth and Postpartum doula

Aarica resides in Lexington with her husband and two children. Aarica began her doula career in 2019 after leaving the pastry arts and insurance industries. After the birth of her son, she recognized the struggle to learn and retain a multitude of birth and newborn information and knew that helping others as they go through pregnancy, birth and postpartum was her calling. The Birth Haven welcomed her immediately after her training and has enjoyed having her on our team ever since.

Aarica is known to be compassionate, kind, considerate and an asset to all of the families she has had the opportunity to work with. She has a passion for helping others and for empowering women in any stage of life, especially as they are bringing new life into the world. Whether it's emotional, physical, or informational support, she guides people through their journey to parenthood as both a birth and postpartum doula.

Navigating a world with a new baby can feel daunting. Whether families need rest, guidance learning about their baby, finding a new normal, overcoming challenges, or just simply knowing they are doing great, Aarica provides for every aspect of care.
